Incredible Edible is a global community project that brings people together to grow food in shared spaces for everyone to enjoy.
How does it work?
Volunteers plant fruit, vegetables and herbs in shared spaces that anyone can help care for – and everyone is welcome to harvest!
It’s about kindness, collaboration and making fresh food accessible to all, while building stronger, greener communities.
About Incredible Edible Burghfield
Incredible Edible Burghfield launched at the beginning of 2025, inspired by Incredible Edible Mortimer and the national Incredible Edible movement. From small beginnings we are slowly building our presence, growing food in publicly accessible sites around the village, getting involved with and inspiring local groups and organisations, and encouraging the participation of local businesses.
